Order Processing
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed and cleared. Processing typically takes 1–3 business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if a tracking number is provided by the manufacturer. Please note that not all shipments include a tracking number, as this depends on the fulfillment source.
Handling
All Eliot Grey products are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take pride in the quality of every order that leaves our hands.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. Eliot Grey is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been submitted for processing.
Shipping Delays
Delivery time estimates are not guaranteed. Eliot Grey is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Eliot Grey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office. Please contact us if you need further assistance.
Canadian Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Eliot Grey has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
