Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Socks showing signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: gift cards and items marked as sale/clearance.

How to Start a Return Contact us at info@eliotgrey.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions and a shipping label.

Refund Options Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be notified of approval within 2–3 business days. If approved, you may choose from:

  • Store Credit (recommended) — Issued immediately upon approval as a gift card/credit code with no expiration date. Store credit cannot be converted to cash.
  • Original Payment Method — Refunds to your original payment method are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email info@eliotgrey.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Gift Returns If your item was shipped as a gift directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return. If the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for lost return packages. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
